I just bought a new helmet, never owned a good helmet before, always went for the cheap ones.
The modular one works best for me, you can easily open the face shield to get some cool air
or have a conversation

Very happy with the helmet not happy with the price on sale $600 @ Cycle Gear
Everything cost more than it is worth, just go for it, life is good.

I will agree with your opinion. From my point of view, we never must choose a pre-owned cheap helmet because first of all, it's not safe. If you buy a new one and a decent one, of course, it's a lot more expensive than a pre-owned one, but you can drive comfortably. Recently I bought a nice helmet with Bluetooth from yourmotobro.com, and I am very pleased with it. It's from high-quality materials and the price is very affordable. I really like to listen to music during traveling long distances with my mates. So I think this is the biggest advantage of it.
