Hey everyone. I'm looking to buy a stock seat, any model. The foam and cover can be in any condition, what I'm really after is the seat pan. Get in touch if you wanna sell. Thanks!

Would you share your plans with us? I am getting the lowered seat and planing to make a custom seat out of it but didn't exactly decide what I want to do. Probably going to modify the the stock foam a little bit and change the cover to brown leather. I'm curious about what might be possible.

I found a seat, thanks everyone!

I'm gonna make a new seat that's flatter, use gel pads, real leather - but I didn't want to modify my own stock seat, just in case I want to put everything back to stock one day. I'm also thinking about eliminating the curve on the bottom edge of the seat to show off the frame. Gotta figure out a way to cover all the crap tucked under there.

So I've made the decision, I'm removing the stock cover off the FT seat, then going to have it shaped - the guy I'm talking to has been doing it for a long time and does not recommend gel, in Australia they just get too hot when left in the sun, and eventually break - according to him. Shaping is all that's needed if it's done right.
He swears by his work, I'll update when I get it done - in a few weeks when i can afford it.

Shaped and recovered in basket weave - black leather.
Keeping stock cover in case i want to put it back on (Don't think I will cause I'm not a big fan of the big yellow patches, recover was cheaper than fixing the yellow)
