are the 80's an exact fit? I didn't see the size that corresponded when I was researching it a couple of months ago. perhaps now they have them available.
I checked in our country and found this:

110/80 - 18 M/C 58Q TT M+S
...which is sold as a tube-type rear tire.

and:

180/55 - 17 M/C 73Q TL M+S

This would be some kind of a 'not for highway use' hands-on solution at least.

how did you fitted the side ammo box??
Two brackets that bolts to the holes already in the frame. Friend of mine machined them from my drawings which i made with the bracket for my high termi pipe in mind.

I havent come around to chamfer the hole yet or paint them black. But i'll get there :)

Now that's my kind of riding, nothing like being out in nature especially for people like me who are always in the city and need that break from all that goes on!

4 Days 800 miles of great roads in Northern California.
The bike did great with the redo on the seat, I was able to flatten it out some and add the gel in the seat. The rear suspension From SB Suspension worked great. Nice to be able to reach down on the go and adjust the ride.

Got these shot a while ago before starting the serious modding.
