Has anyone dealt with SMC sheffield? I have been talking to Italia Moto but the service doesn't seem to be that good.

Ordered my Classic from Russ at DMC Preston. Very helpful, had a test ride on their demo Icon no problem. Just waiting for it to arrive.

Don't know about the others but Woods of Abergele have the best customer service I've come across in bike dealers! Worth the extra trip to deal with them (and it's a nice ride out to north Wales )

I can't comment on SMC Sheffield because I've never used them.

But Ducati Leeds isn't that far away from you and I can recommend them, always been very helpful and accommodating, got my Scrambler Classic from them earlier this year.

Mine is from SMC at Sheffield and they've been fine.

I did have to bleed the front brake when I got it (I chose not to take it back as I've got the tools and know how to do it quickly). I had the Termi fitted from new and they re-sculptured the seat for my wife for free.

Tony is their Ducati guy and has a good reputation.
