Despite ordering the full throttle I am still not sure about the yellow patches, could you use a spray to black it out?

Anybody every used any vinyl sprays?

In my Euro car scene days I used vinyl sprays several times on to change the color of door panels and dashboards and it always held up real well, but neither of those are high wear areas, so I can't say how they would hold up on a seat. If you're not going to be riding with a passenger much I would guess it would work great. My only concern is being able to match the black from the seat, versus what came out of the can, unless you masked those parts and if it was a different shade of black, it would be aesthetically pleasing

I have a feeling your inner thighs and probably your butt would look very black when you get off the bike

Agree, spraying vinyl seems like a temporary solution. As soon as your budget allows, replace the seat with something of higher quality. I used to ride Harley-Davidsons. I've sent my seat pan to a custom seat maker with very positive results (Danny Gray).
