I got the same response from Ducati customer service. I was "assured" on 2 occasions that the Icons would be in US dealers by end of March. So much for that. I have also recently heard that they are in fact on US soil as we speak. Maybe a delay at the port? My dealer (in FL) had me start the paperwork today as he said they anticipate arrival of the Icons in the next couple of weeks. They also went to the Spain demo. Here's hoping

Initially I was told March, when I put down my deposit in December. A month later they told me my Urban Enduro wouldn't get here till April.
I last talked with him on Thursday, and he said he has one Icon on the water, and mine hasn't shipped yet. Still no actual date.

When I called my dealer to place an order for an Icon the day that they announced them in October they told me April. I figured that this will show us who's running the show now. If the Germans are in charge it'll be here in April and if it's the Italians I might have it in time for the snow to fly. So far it's looking like Audi is in charge.

My dealer keeps telling mid april. I will call them before I leave on vacation. Hope to pick it up after that. My dealer does not even part numbers for accessories which I find weird.

Mine told me that he hasn't got anything that mine has even been shipped so who knows!!

I spoke to my NC dealer this morning. He met with the regional Ducati rep last week. Dealer says they will receive a demo Icon model week of April 13th with their initial Icon deliveries by end of April. He says Ducati still says Full Throttles delivered "sometime" in May but no idea when in May.

Are there different priority levels of dealerships around the USA? The guy at the dealer in Omaha was also being sent to Spain a couple weeks ago and said he'd be back with a full personal review afterwards.
Do the dealers that have closer connections like that have first dibs on bikes?
I bought in late, so all of the April scramblers were spoken for. I cashed in on a May slot. I've got other projects that need to be completed around my garage so I'm not in a big hurry though. I'm fairly certain I'll be the first guy running around on one in my city as it is.

I know my dealer from Seattle was sent over there too. I would venture to guess it's based on Volume of previous sales, demographics, etc.

Whereabouts in NC. Raleigh area here.
Just talked to my dealer here in Boston. He confirmed that they are in New Jersey and are awaiting inspection. Then off the the floor where they can be picked up. He told me in the next couple of days they will be emailing people details for finalizing the sale in the store. He sounded pretty confident they would be good to go in about 2 weeks. I am second in line for an Urban Enduro. CAN'T WAIT ANYMORE!!!

Explodee, (hope your name isn't bad Karma!), are you saying your dealer is getting Urban Enduros in April? My dealer said only Icons are being delivered in April and everything else "sometime" in May.
