So I noticed a tool kit attached to the underside of seat. Anyone know what it is made up off?

Your welcome.
I always carry one of these. Nothing you can't fix with this, a reel of gaffer tape, a can of wd40 and a few cable ties. Only about £15.

@Jerry, To have use this kind of tools don't waste your money.
The stock tool kit are usually way better. If not delivered with the scrambler you can buy them for really cheap on ebay.

From my own experience of recent Ducatis the stock tools are next to useless. A token toolkit with an absolute bare minimum.

I will just call relay. As a hipster it wouldn't look cool fishing around with a spanner

Good luck with that! Running a GS as well with the GS tool kit comprising 1, count 'em, 1 torx spanner I think I'll stick with the Oxford kit, gaffer tape, WD40 and cable ties to get me out of trouble. As for stock tool kits in 36 years I haven't had a good one!
