Brad new Scrambler Italy made $12,000 (Not $7,000 Thailandese). Riding in California. Clutch problems since day one. 7,000 mile service with clutch replacement $1,050. No warranty because they said it is wearable part. I could have gotten a better Honda for that kind of money. Big mistake.

Strange. I did 30k km on my clutch until replacement.

You can't blame the bike, if you tell the dealer when it happens and don't get it fixed under warrenty.

Have 1300 miles on mine and just came back from the dealer with a oil leak repair under warranty(cam seal). The thing is you have to be a little bitch crybaby at the dealer in the US to get anything done. This is the same at a Honda dealer or a Ducati dealer. If you had issues at day 1, then you should of had them or another dealer look at it. If no resolution a independent third party.

Actually, I had a lot of clutch issues after my dealership (Ducati Mornington, Victoria, Australia - never going back there) totally stuffed it up during a service. I recently had it replaced and now it runs like clockwork!
