Hi everyone I am waiting for my classic from Coventry Ducati , I am very tempted with the high level Termignoni pipes because I just think they look better , however I don't want a howling wailing banshee , anyone seen owt about exhaust note on these ? I have seen the low mount ones ,

Just as an aside I very nearly didn't buy a scrambler because of the advertising, as I felt I didn't fit the demographic and it's almost like you are being deliberately being excluded ! new back to biking after 25 years off, my last bike was a Honda VF750F

I am in your exact situation. Except my red icon arrived and I cannot drive it with the existing exhaust... It's killing the sound...

I am waiting for both termi to arrive so I can choose wisely.

In the meantime anyone uploading pictures of the 2 pipes compared is very much appreciated

Hey Gerry, I'm gad you didn't let the marketing turn you off, because despite what the campaign may say Ducati has aimed squarely at this demographic, we have a thread somewhere, most of us are beyond the idealized 20-35 demographic that every company is professing as the promised land of profitability!

You won't get a howling banshee, the twin rumbles more like a V8 then screams as an inline will. I'm assuming the Termi high pipes will sound similar to the term race pipe we heard a few months back...

well I want the duke approved ones as I want them to do it and stay within warranty , surely if I have it re mapped etc for an after market non Ducati approved pipe it may invalidate the factory warranty ?
