For anyone with the low Termi it's worth checking the heat shield fasteners, as just spotted I've lost one. Knowing my dealer it'll have to come from Italy and take weeks!

I have never trusted blue, but red supposedly is 'permanent' (I've never had red loctite work so well it broke a bolt.)

I always have used the red stuff in the past when working on cars (brake caliper bolts or whatever.)

The blue stuff is so runny it hardly seems like it's going to do anything when it dries, but it's gotta be better than nothing.

Good to know that.

That's one thing i've always understood about it, blue is for minor things and red for when there's a real demand for hold.

Might be even good for folks to have both and experiment, for some, for some things they use it on, blue might be enough.

You may be able to round up the parts at a local hardware store or Fastenal. I'm sure McMaster Carr has something online if you know how to find it (that's the challenge.)

I bought four hex head screws, washers, and nuts at Lowes in stainless steel for my license plate. Total cost was over $10.00!! But, I was too lazy to go sourcing parts on a Friday night anywhere else :)
