Some advice please people

I ordered my Full Throttle back in February and was initially told it would be March build April delivery. At the end of April I was told it was going to be shipped soon? then contacted my dealer last Wednesday and he said that he has emailed Ducati and is waiting for a reply. And I'm still waiting for an update?. I'm kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place, sold my bike to them and used that as my deposit and I am due to go to the Isle of Man TT at the end of the month so need to get some miles on it and serviced before I go. Is there someone at Ducati I can contact myself and get an update? Frustrated is an understatement!

Baring in mind you're bikeless due to your dealer telling you your bike would be delivered in April and we're now nearly mid May I'd be asking your dealer what they're going to do about providing a loan bike for your TT trip. Tell them if they can't provide you with something you'll can your order and go elsewhere. They shouldn't be leaving you in the lurch and you really don't want to do the TT without a bike!

Sorry, can't help on who to talk to at Ducati.

I was having the same issue with my dealer in Northern Ireland. I contacted ducati directly using their main site and an Italian woman phoned me back within a few days and offered to chase up my order. By the time she called I had cancelled my order and bought one from England.

I will give Ducati a call tomorrow, thank you. I contacted Ducati from their main site but have yet to receive a reply, do Ducati have something against me? I am going to go back to the dealer this week and give them an ultimatum. I want the Full Throttle even more now!!!
