ducati decided the scrambler to have a low mounted exhaust, thats even worse for "off road" :)
not to mention about the oil filter placement
same for GS.... but ground clearance may effect on "hard", while bar ends mirrors are always at ends... increasing bar beam everything they will touch, not only the ground, will break them...

bar ends are for "cafè racer"

well, its a hybrid so what :) i like bikes for how they look, not how they perform under specific circumstances.
for purely off road riding the bar end mirrors may not be the best option, but the scrambler isnt the best option for off road anyways.

I totally agree with Rainer!
That's why it's called a scrambler. And the Urban Enduro has the word "Urban" in it. It's ok to go on open tracks but you really can't go real offroad with it. Let's face it....
And I have bar end mirrors on it too... ;)

Quite 'seltsam', calls itself 'Urban', but is painted in military-style green and is equipped with bashplate and headlight protection grille.

Perhaps the Scramblers contradictions make it so appealing.
That's exactly it!
You can go offroad with it, or better - drive around in the dirt or forest roads...
But anyone ho thinks he can go enduro racing with it is a dreamer.
I bought it because of the looks, and that's exactly why they are selling it.
I mean... look at all the scrambler and tracker scene bikes, they look radical and not squeeky clean and beautiful at all. That's why they designed the Urban Enduro. To fit in that sceme...
