I just received my Scrambler Ducati Card in the mail. Kind of cool that they will provide free roadside assistance for the whole warranty period of the bike. Looks like there's a lot more benefits if you're outside of the US or Canada but I'll take what I can get.

I used the roadside assistance when I busted the oil filter. It works, a bit slow, over an hour wait, but I was happy for it. Also, they told me on the phone the assistance only covers $200 for towing or whatever. So depending how far away from the world you are, you may still have to pay out of pocket. But again, I was happy to have it and it was no hassle at all to use. Be sure to program the number into your phone and be ready to supply them your VIN.

I haven't been mailed anything. I got a red card the day I bought the bike that has an 800 number on it. Is that the same thing?
Even you haven't gotten a few emails and some snail mail form Ducati yet - then your dealer didn't put you into the system properly - I would check with them.

The picture hopefully show others what to keep an eye open for. My wife must have tossed it onto my desk because I don't remember getting it out of the mailbox myself. I would have opened it upon seeing it ;)

I like their return address simply as Scrambler Ducati.
