The high one is road legal in Europe as it has a removable baffle but the lower one is track use only which is a shame as its the better looking in my eyes. I will be buying something low which gives me the option to remove the baffle (which will be out 99% of the time).

Road legal in Europe with no cats? Or are there cats that I can't see?

Huh... cool. I don't know much about EU stuff since I'm on the other side of the pond. :)

Still have to figure out if there is still room for the rear indicators with the high mount set-up. I think the low mount is not bad either, but as I do most of my touring in Germany, I want a CEE approved system. They don't just give you a fine when caught with an illegal exhaust, they will stop you from going any further on a bike that is not road legal. You need to go get your standard exhaust before continuing. Might not be the greatest risk of getting caught, but I don't want to risk it.
