Prices are up on the SW-Motech site and they are not cheap.
There's plenty of cheap luggage available. But very little that has a retro look and feel, whilst still fitting and functioning as modern luggage should. Having seen these in the flesh at the bike show, I don't think they are overly priced for what they offer and are very nicely made. The side bags and tail bags all have waterproof liners, and the construction and fittings look great.

I'm seriously tempted by some for my Bonneville.

The bags look very similar in concept to the Kriega's, with sewn outer bag, with a waterproof liner and roll top closure, with no zips. The people on the SW-Motech stand said they wouldn't float on water, like their welded vinyl bags, but they were very close to 100% when used correctly. I guess it's always hard to claim anything as being 100%, completely waterproof as someone will prove it wrong, but I had a good poke around the bags and liked what I saw.

Has anybody in Thailand got the Urban Enduro waterproof side bag set? Where did you get them? How much did you pay? I've been after a set for three months now. They're either not available or prices vary considerably: 10,800 Baht, 12,500 Baht, 18,000 Baht or 24,000 Baht. Compared to US and European prices, the 12,500 Baht looks about right.

Did the bags and the racks came together?

Did the bags and the racks came together?
Here in Mexico the Dealers sales them separate for a total of 335 USD and I think that's wrong because they are posted on the scrambler web page as included for a total of 206 USD

Does anybody knows anything on this subject?

It's made by givi.
And, very important, you absolutly need round headed allen wrench as you have to put back a screw behind the mounting

it is their new pricing framework. i have asked Ducati Roma when i was there last month, because I have noticed the price drop on the bags, and i asked them why, since I paid much more for them. They told me the price on the website is for the bags only (actually now you can also buy one bag, if you want) and then you need to add the cost of the frames. I guess they did this to give options to those that want one bag only (those with the high Termi exhaust maybe?)

But it is definitely confusing and misleading

cheers

Hey everyone…I didn't even know (the modern) Scrambler existed before 3 weeks ago. Was on a recent trip to the bay area and saw my first Scrambler…bought one within 5 days. I've been doing a lot of research on bags, reading blogs. My main thing is, no soft bags. I don't wanna come out from a movie and find my bags empty…or worse, gone. What I've found so far…Givi makes a mono key mount, part #PL4707 which they recommend only two bags for, the E21 and 22n (I believe). But I am fitting the trk33 on them. Their fitment requires that the turn signals be moved down to the license plate, but I am doing a different mod. I saw a post of a guys set up, but it was mounted outside of the stock turn signal mount, which I wasn't that fond of. My setup should keep the bags inside a bit closer…I will plan on posting pics as I go. I also haven't found a rear rack I like…but have a rack for another model bike from a company that I am planning on re-fitting, then posting those picts as well. If there is a general like for my rear rack when it's done, I will initiate a manufacturing process. I am in So. California and would like to start a club if there is enough interest. I call it SCRAM…Southern California Road And Mountain (copyright 2015). It would be nice if it grew into a publication with planned rides, tech tips, and all things Ducati Scrambler….you heard it here first…please let me know what you think…

By the way…any So. Cal. Scrammers up for an appuntamento? That's Italian for rendezvous…which of course, is French. I know, but what can I say? We don't have an English word for kindergarten either…that's actually German. It's suppose to be mid to upper 60s on Saturday and Sunday…anybody?

rogue--Yep, let me know whenever you decide to head this way.

As for the pictures, I use photobucket, it's free and evidently easy since I can do it. I know other folks just attach them directly but I don't think I've ever tried that. One way or another we'll get them up, just holler if you need help.
