That is the exhaust I need! It's what I've been looking for! However, not street legal??? Why in gods name would they do that? This isn't exactly going to be setting lap records at silverstone etc......
Basically every exhaust and most aftermarket mods are sold as "not street legal" or "race use only" as it allows them to avoid legal troubles if someone gets pulled over for making too much no noise and gets a ticket or something. It's basically just a way to not get sued by people when using their products and is generally the same across the board with most manufacturers. It doesn't literally mean it's for the race track.

the high level exhaust is fully missing the "box" placed under the swingarm, I don't know if this box is the catalyzer.... anyway the faster is the exhaust more air/gasoline must be injected, that's why a new map is needed (most probably air filter will be rplaced as well)

after this upgrade, nor the CO2 emission and the Db will be the ones declared on "omologation fiche" therefore it is forbidden to ride on open road.

Hey,hedonism, i was thinking, nobody cares about the exhaust system in Italy?
I have been to " Bella Italia" many times with my Ducatis, all with full Termignoni,
and never had problems with the police.
Have times changed ?
Cheers

Same here in Portugal as there aren't ways and laws about exhausts noise ihiihi

Police will fine you if you missing a red reflector on the tail... or a smaller registration plate ... yet noise.. they don't have the means to prove... well as long as it's not an open line!

Uhm... Unfortunately this is one of our problems.... We have laws (some gods some bad) but they are applied let's say "random"..... According to "local office" "cash flows" anyhow our cars/bike must be inspectd by transportation commision first after four years and then every two.... Furthermore, even in Misano or Mugello track, marshall carry out phonometric test, no racing exaust are allowed during free practice
