My dealer did not give me an owners manual and when I went to the ducati.com website, I could not download one either. All the other manuals for different models are available. Can anyone point me to a manual on the web?
Hi Phill, i'm from Portugal and i buy the scrambler almost 1 month and i din't have the manual yet, my dealer have already told me that he requests the scrambler manuals, i'm waiting to.I got the service book at least. I badgered the dealer but there is nothing I can do if he just don't have it. He expects them to be available later.

regards,
Thanks man. I learnt something new just from this summary. It's difficult to deal with a Thai sales agent when he only speaks broken English and I only speak broken Thai. But with this forum we can go all the way.Posted this in another thread, maybe it may help:
Quick´n dirty manual summary:
Break-in: don´t pass 6000 rpm <1000 km, 7000 RPM < 2500 km.
Fuel >=95 RON, <=10% ethanol.
Oil change 1000 km, after every 12k.
Tire press 2.5/2.5 bar single, 2.5/2.9 bar double.
Menu keys left handle: down toggles total/trip/temp/reserve when lit. Grey turn indicator cancel is the enter key. The lower key long press will enter into menus. The upper key long press will reset trip distance.
My experience: Fuel low light @ 200 km. Remainder should be good for 50-60 km more.
My advice: Warm her up gently, respect break-in speeds, friction heat /welding of piston cylinder surfaces is to be tamed, no matter what crap they write on the web
Safe riding!
