Is anyone aware of a parts list/ordering website for OEM replacements yet?

I seemed to have popped one of the body panel grommets out of its place for the plastic collar around the gas tank and can't seem to find it.

At this time I believe you may be limited to going through your Ducati dealer. Take a look at one of the remaining grommets and compare it to others available. You may be able to find a non OEM replacement that will work. I have had to do that in the past with some early 80's Honda bikes I was restoring when those parts were NLA.

Mine was missing two days after I bought my bike as well. When I had the bike serviced two weeks later the tech replaced it at no cost.
