Hi everyone, I'm Stefano or Stex to make it shorter. I've a nice Scrambler 1100 and I love to ride it, sorry her. I always had a motorbike, unfortunately I had to reduce my tours to almost nothing for a while waiting for my children to grew up and finally I'm back, a bit aged but still full of passion for motorbikes. I do enjoy to go with my wife and the 1100 is the good choise to carry both of us on hilly roads or mountains. I'm located in Italy near Monza, not hilly but not so far from mountains. Enjoy and see you on the road.

Welcome Stex. Nice part of Italy to live :). I was lucky to ride mine to the Ducati factory for visit and also Ferrari museum.
Hi Chris, that is a very good reason to have a trip in Italy (y). It might be boring to drive to Ducati if you come from north but in the area below Ducati there are nice mountains to ride your motorbike

Whilst I was there I visited Venice as my friend used to work for Aprillia in Noale and then rode back up via Austria, Germany back to home.
Hi Chris, crossing the Alps is also nice, you can enjoy the surrounding a lot. Maybe a hint for next time you come to Italy is to ride along the Como lake and stop in Mandello del Lario at the Moto Guzzi plant, you can visit the museum there. Last September they celebrated 100 years from foundation, but 1 or 2 years later due to covid, and it was really great. The village on the lake was full of motorbikers from everywhere, a lot of stands, music and food at every corner. I guess next recurrence will be in 2024.
