I LIKE (the jacket)! But no armour?
That is a great looking jacket, but I have to agree with this. There are so many stylish jackets available now with CE armor in the elbows, shoulders, and back for the same price and less, why not get something that'll at least give you a chance when you hit the pavement?

I haven't ridden for a few years, but I did manage to dump my last bike (better than hitting the car that pulled out in front of me), and the CE armor in the elbow let me walk away with my arms in tact, the helmet saved the back of my head, the boots saved my feet, but my Levis jeans left my with a huge disgusting bruise on my hip and a lot of road rash. I'll be rethinking the jeans situation this time around.

Purchased these today from the very nice lady at DSTORE WOLVERHAMPTON

Silvermachine Dainese Pro Shop - Dainese Street Runner Gore-Tex - Short Boots/Shoes - Boots - Motorcycle

They also do a Street Rocker in various colours which are great but wanted the Gor-tex Silvermachine Dainese Pro Shop - Short Boots/Shoes - Boots - Motorcycle

I know its early but thought I would get in before the rush starts and my size becomes unavailable. Ordered today delivered tomorrow.
Let me know how those Dainese kickers go. I've been eyeing them for a while but never seen them in person.

Will do, expecting them to be delivered within the next 30 mins, unfortunately I have sold my last bike, sure will unpopular with you guys as it was a MV Augusta Butale.

So probably have to wait a while as the Classic is not expected until April/May. ;)

Congrats Mix, looking good!

I'm considering these for commuting, perfect for an office situation!

Soubirac Milano boot brown

also in black..
Very Classy Bestia, no one would know that they are a biking boot, I would get a pair if worked in an office environment but I jump on and off boats all day so the Dainese should work well.

at that point might as well ride in regular shows, minimal protection if ANY. Although the ankle pads are nice...
I was wearing Vasque hiking boots when I wrecked my R1200GS, back in June. My left foot was pinned by the bike as I was thrown forward-hyperextending and twisting my knee, and severely breaking the tibial plateau. My foot did pretty well, for having a 560 pound bike land on it! Only the leg and collar bone broke.
