Dealer called me and said my bike is ready. Installed termi exhaust, belly pan and headlight grille. It's a 4 hour drive to the dealership so I can't pick it up until Tuesday. My day off. Can hardly wait. Very excited.:)

Dealer sent pics.
Hi Charlie and congrats. make sure they put the rubber gasket on the new headlight trim. If they didn't use your old gasket, the new trim will cut through the lines very quickly. Or make sure you kept the orig and you can take off the gasket and glue it on yourself. cheers:)

On that note my headlight trim didn't have the rubber piece but on looking at the brake line it was rubbing up against the bracket for the grill on my UE and was seeing some pretty decent wear for only 600 miles. I fashioned up a sleeve using 1/2" automotive heater hose about 2" long sliced it length wise and slid it over the brake line for additional piece of mind.

Works like a charm. Even with the rubber piece added to the headlight trim I would keep an eye on the brake line if you have the grill installed.

I will thanks. and I may do something like you did. Unfortunately I'm leaving tomorrow on a 45o mile trip early in the a.m. If it starts to get chewed up...I will MAKE the dealership fix it! Period! they can write it off as warranty. Thank you though! :D

Got my baby home yesterday. It was a 400 mile round trip from my house to the dealer and back, but well worth the trip. I absolutely love my Icon. The single slip on termi exhaust is music to my ears. Sounds better than I expected. The bike handles like a dream. Only had time for a short ride yesterday evening. Spent most of the day on the road trailering it home. Can't wait until Sunday so I can get it out and stretch it's legs. Ride on people and be safe. :)
