I've owned my beautiful red Icon for 6 weeks, and have covered just over 1000 miles. I think that this is the best motorcycle I have ever owned, in over 40 years of riding.
This bike is a true do it all; I can potter about the countryside, ride easily in town and urban areas, and I can race about the A + B roads if the mood takes me. This bike takes it all in it's stride, and completes all the tasks with a great sense of fun and alround ability.
As you can see from the picture, I have the Termi race fitted. With the baffle in it is plenty loud enough for me, and sounds fantastic. I have also fitted Evotech adjustable levers, as I like to adjust to suit my riding style. I also have a bash plate on order from Ducati. Other than that, there is not much I want to change. I like the number plate hanger, prefering it to the tail tidy modification; I think it looks well designed, and gives the bike individuality, rather than another ubiquitous tail tidy. I did think of putting on Rizoma indicators, that I had previously used on another bike. But when I tried them, I preferred the stock indicators, as I think they give an authentic 60/70s look to the bike.
So as you can probably tell, I love my Scrambler! and I hope you all love your Scramblers too!
