TC3 mentioned it above. They are SW Motech Blaze. Their site doesn't list the Scrambler yet, but I assume it'll show up eventually. I wouldn't be surprised if Mugello is just using the Ducati OEM brackets to mount them.

LOL! That comment is so cute and hilarious at the same time! Mugello seems to very creative indeed but the stuff they use is regular aftermarket kinds easily available in Europe and I'm sure in US too. It's the way they they use it that it becomes an art.
Maybe a distant fruit for sure but not forbidden at all. But otherwise Thailand is most definitely the land of forbidden fruit.
If you think about it, the stock Icon is just the reverse: front says classic business casual, back says hooligan dirt track.
