tyres work fine, good handling and traction on dirty roads, I'm running on 1,6 bar pressure and bike is still fun even on paved roads where oem tyres have better performance. strongly suggested for "adventures" thanks to their endurance, abt 10k km instead of 5k I'm expecting from eom pirelli

Are the Rear and Front tyres interchangeable? TKC80 seems to just quote size and not Front/Rear separately? Am I wrong on that?

I'm also looking at the tire equation and wondering how exact one must be with replacement tire sizes. Where the stock sizes are 110/80-18 front and 180/55-17 rear, would the replacement dual-purpose (more aggressive tread) tires need to be precisely those sizes as well? And what would happen if you got a rear from one manufacture and a front from another?...with different tread patterns?

Nice phodies.

Apparently Continental TKC 80 are the only brand that does not distinguish between front and rear tyres. Seems like all-side-same-side.

So I can get one sent over from the UK, but the next question...will it fit under an ICON front fender?
To be honest, if it was me, I'd get the tire and modify the fender brackets if need be, but I very much doubt you'll have trouble.

I'm amazed they are not in the US. A Container load of TKC 80 sets for Scramblers to the US anyone?
