So I put 250 miles in over the weekend. My impression after getting some miles. I have to rethink my riding much different than my Street Triple R. Still breaking so not riding it too hard. Gearing is matched quite well for back roads easier just keep it in one gear and roll through the corners. Motor is very torque and well suited for my style of riding.
The suspension though too heavy on compression does the great job on mostly smooth roads. Broken pavement seem to chatter a lot not much dirt to speak can only imagine. It steer very quickly almost to the point I had to make a few mid corner corrections. It holds its line well and tires stick well and are predictable. Seat is not the great if move forward or backward every so often it takes the pressure off.
Hoping the Full throttle seat is better or so I have heard. The bars have great leverage I like to be a little more lean myself.
Mods so far EVAP delete. Remove all the reflectors and some of the warning stickers. Installed today the Evotech oil cooler guard.

Is the Full Throttle seat the same height as the Icon?

Not sure as the seat has yet to come. I will measure the two to see if there is any difference

It helps to see how the Scrambler looks next to other bikes to appreciate it even more and that photo you posted does a good example of that

Out of curiosity, how did you find the Scrambler at keeping pace with the other bikes on that ride? (understanding "it's not a race", the Scrambler is new and riders may be of different skill levels).

Kept up well with the couple of sportbikes in the group. Again not wanting to push the motor too much during break-in. A little more seat time is needed to adjust to the bike.

I don't know if its due to it being closer to camera, but the scrambler looks larger than the other bikes.

I think it might be the seat. The rest of the bikes have a skinnier seat that make them look less beefy. If the seat was similarly skinny, I think the Scrambler might look closer to the same size as the other bikes.

It's the wheels and tires. Bigger on the scrambler than the 17" wheels and low profile tires used on sports bikes.
