Sure to be a varied discussion on appropriate scrambling attire, what are you going with? Lifestyle/traditional, ATGATT, what...???

I've been looking at the Biltwell ****** or the Bell Bullit, fits the, er, look...

Then again any old AGV should do ;)

ATGATT here. The least amount of gear I wear currently for quick little jaunts around town are kevlar jeans with knee armor, mx style armored boxers that are CE2 rated, Dainese Torque RS boots, jacket with CE2 back and chest protectors and full shoulder/elbow armor, full gauntlet race gloves and Shoei lid. Typically I wear a 1 piece suit however due to the infrequent and type of riding I do. I might pick up a retro inspired jacket like this Pagnol M1, but I doubt I'll skimp on any other gear to try to match the bike better.

Hear you loud and clear! I'm considering a Belstaff right now. Although realistically I'm just after the old TT look, you can find many modern TT jackets with armour (which is nice substance and style)

I've heard really good things about that jacket (the Belfast). I dig the style on other people, but I don't think it would like right on me body type wise. Wish it would though!

I stand with ATTGATT. Shoei bucket, dainese avro c2 jacket, dainese full metal rs gloves, sartso kevlar jeans and tcx rs2 boots.

Never thought of armored boxers might have to steal that idea from @DenverDuc

It definitely helps and covers your tailbone! I crashed pretty hard on my dirt bike with these on and smashed my hip into a rock and didn't get hurt:

These look nice too but I have not used them:
