No I am 6 ft 1 but I don't wear heels unless the missus asks me to lol. You should still be ok to ride at that height. Apparently I don't look too much like an idiot but I am.
Having had the opportunity to sit on a few scramblers, being 5'10... it was perfect for me, not sure what. Observing shorter and taller guys sitting on it, some a bit taller than me (6-6'3?) they all seemed to respond well to sitting on it.
