Spent 30 minutes yesterday figuring out how to mount a Kriega US5. It's on there, and looks okay, but I'd rather mount it sideways across the back of the seat (i.e. with the roll-up opening at the side of the bike instead of the rear). Has anyone done that? If so, please describe how you did it, and some pics would be greatly appreciated.

I used to mount the rear most loops for my US30 under the seat, on the frame on either side of the storage tray . I found a spot on the frame in front of the tray that was suitable to handle most of the work. It wasn't really ideal, but was better than a bungee net.
After a day, that got old and I grabbed the DM Telai rack to give me more seat space, shorten the straps, and make it a lot easier to remove the straps quickly.
