I've been in contact with a Kaoko rep regarding a throttle lock for the Scrambler, and they're in the final stages of testing their DUC100 for our bikes.

I hesitate to call it a "cruise control", because the unit won't adjust input for hills, but, from what I've read, it's great for flat cruising.
In the interim, I purchased the $20, less astetically pleasing, poor man's version: Link
