I agree entirely. I suppose it might be possible for MOT purposes. ;)

Anybody know the difference between the Termi can on the Full Throttle and the Termi can that shows as an option on the Icon?

I can see the Full Throttle version is a twin can style yet the one as an option for the Icon is a single can style and may well be the one on the YouTube video of the chaps outside the factory 'unleashing the beast' and appears to have a cool carbon finial.

I know Termi items are expensive but any clues to the price £/€ of the can for the Icon?

Not sure on the differences and now unable to find it listed but as Nick said I recall seeing it for about £900 but that must be for a full exhaust?

I will change mine as soon as Akrapovič release their option. They are also Ducati approved so probably will not be for a few months after the bikes release and would see it as a slip on a bit like the Monster which is about £500.

Thanks. Elsewhere on this forum I found a link to the NYC (USA) Ducati accessories PDF.

That shows the 'Racing Slip-on Exhaust' at 1299 US$. So you guys are spot on it looks like £8-900 mark although I get the impression that is just the can?

To me that would be excessive (borderline a rip-off let alone poor value) if it is just the end can and not full system.

I'm about to firm up my order and it would be nice to have the bike fitted with the Termi as it comes out of the crate.

Naturally the 'removable dB killer' will be living on a shelf in the garage.

No I think it's £800 or so for the end can.

Which seems a lot.

Until you start the bike up....>:D

There are so many other brands you could go with instead though. Is anyone looking at other brands? Arrow? Akrapvoic?

Yes, certainly open minded.

Hope the aftermarket guys will develop alternatives quickly.

Had a Arrow on my last GSXR.

Very pleased with it.

Loud, but only disturbed some of the neighbours, not all of them at 7.00 am on sunny Sundays.....>:D
