Ok, I am going out on a limb here. I want to know what people think about an Icon Tricolore. This is my plan with green and white stripes over the top of the fender and tank. Feedback, positive or negative, welcome.

I like the side panel, but I think the rear fender would look better in red with the stripes that you mentioned.

I agree. I'm also not convinced that it needs another stripe over the top of the tank.
