Hello,
I have the Unit Garage sidebag that I need to install. The simple instructions are straight forward stating to remove four bolts to set the rear fender back on the tire to be able to install the frame. Removing the bolts for the fender left it still attached to the bike frame. The fender appears to have a plastic lip not allowing it to slide away from the frame.
There are two additional bolts that sit below the taillight that I think may need to be removed. I have not been able to loosen them.

Does anyone have experience and success with removing the fender and installing the sidebag frame?
Please send instructions and pictures.
Thank you!

Hi,
Here are the instructions. It
would make sense to remove the four bolts as instructed to be able to remove the orange fender, but the little lip on the fender seems to be an issue. I can’t find a way to slip the orange fender out. Hard to see that in the pictures as it looks flush at the two yellow circled bolt points. If you look at the top yellow cirlce you can see the lip I am talking about. As for the instructions, the top verbiage in English “EN” and “Fig.3_Side Frame Install” pertain. Thank you.

Thank you. That is what I thought. The two bolts I have circled that “may need to be removed,” does that look correct to yiu?
Now how to kindly muscle the loctite bolts. Ugh.
any suggestions there?
