If you think that the bars on the Icon are a bit high, check out this picture of the handlebar of a modified HD Road King in front of my bike at a local bike show to raise money for the Royal British Legion. Now that is high :D

idaka,

This is gold,

FIVE RULES TO REMEMBER IN LIFE:
1. Money cannot buy happiness but its more comfortable to cry in a Mercedes than on a bicycle.
2. Forgive your enemy but remember the bastards name.
3. Help someone when they are in trouble and they will remember you when they're in trouble again.
4. Many people are alive only because it's illegal to shoot them.
5. Alcohol does not solve any problems but then again, neither does milk.

Except number 5, I'm sure alcohol has solved problems, I don't really remember the solutions the next day but I'm sure I had them at the time.

You probably know we call them ape hangers here in the states. It's been explained to me as something about sitting upright like a real man, I still don't get it. But I've seen guys riding across the country on our interstates, wind at their chests, for hundreds of miles. To each his own.

I had mini-apes on a Honda CB350 and since it was a small bike I found it to be comfortable, but I literally wouldn't fit on that Harley because my hands, feet, and butt couldn't touch the handlebars, forward controls, and seat at the same time. My friends have bikes like that but they're a lot taller than I am.

I believe the law in my state is that ape hangers can't be more than 12" tall, but nobody enforces it.

Meanwhile, somewhere in suburban America:

Interesting...

Not my thing, and I don't think that it matches the style of the bike much. I don't think it would even be that comfortable to ride for very long. My arms would get tired lifting them up for so long.
