anyone having "bike certificate" in his hands, could kindly post exact tyres sizes allowed pls?

in particular if any variation M/S (mud and snow) are allowed if not..... we are f.....d to stay with oem tyres.....

checked an italian bike certificate of compliance, unfortunately no M/S tyres are mentioned as option... therefore more dirty road oriented tyres as continental tkc80 are FORBIDDEN due to their low speed code (tkc80 are fit up to 160 kmh - 100 mph only) this if dramatic for me......
