waiting for a yellow icon, ordered Feb 24th.
Our dealer told us, the bikes (icon for me, Full throttle for my husband) should be delivered during march....

We both sold our last bikes, BMW 1200 GS a week ago, now we are waiting :-(
Both riding since we were 16, I had mostly BMW, we both liked holidays on the bike. Had been all over Europe, last summer Albania, Greece, Croatia,
in December we went to Thailand / Laos an rented bikes there. Beautiful roads...but now downsizing because we are not planning to do any big trips anymore.

First ride on the icon has been very nice, can't wait for spring, sun and scramblers

Hi from san diego California USA!
I sold my tiger 800xc which I loved 2 months ago to put down a deposit on a classic scrambler. I am so sad without a bike but luckily my friend has 4 bikes and has lent me his vstrom 1000. I've bee to northern California which is about 12 hours away on my Tiger with a small group. I have little kids so it is difficult to get away even though I am off of work during the summertime!
YOur journeys and places you've been sound amazing! Best wishes to your husband and you. hope you make it to California someday!

Hello again,
had some problems with my iPad.

@petel: we had been to california 2 years ago, but not on a bike, we rented a RV for 4 weeks for a tour to soth west national parcs. Beatiful, must ne great to live there and be on a bike.

PIcture before was Sardegnia on my BMW, great roads.

Laos is a beautiful but poor country, wish we had more time to stay there.
