I did on a RC8R and a CBR1000RR; they work well. It's very simple, I'll look the install instructions up and see what it entails but I see no reason to put on one the Scrambler.

I stumbled on this, definitely considering it.

Install instructions look too easy:

Yep have Gipro DS on my bike and it works very well :)

You do have to attach the red wire to somewhere so it is not strictly plug and play.

Make sure you get the one that is version C09
Been thinking about getting one simply to stop me from trying to shift up from 6th. :D

I spoke with a Blue Monkey rep who said, if you order, just indicate in the comments to ship a model with the 09 firmware.

Cool...you have any pics where you mounted it?
Not found a permanent location yet and for now it is just cable tied to a cable. Some put it on side of brake reservoir as Healtech instructions suggest. You can also buy a handlebar mount which is a bit pricey and made by mf-cycles.com

Here's mine.

And you can see it in action here. I wrote about the GiPro in the comments.

Nioce! One more thing to buy:crying:
Attached to brake cable with a cable tie for now as not keen on it being on display high up on the side of the brake reservoir myself. I will likely shape a mount that attaches to inside of screen when I get time

Now mounted on my screen using a few bits and pieces in the garage. Put a big piece of hook and loop tape on the screen so I can move it about to see where works best and then trim it and tidy it up

Pic tomorrow as off out....will relocate more to left to allow it to be seen with satnav attached
Ended up using some spare Gopro mounts and velcro to mount to screen

Hello TC3 !

Maybe you can help me? I want to install the same gear indicator like you, but where have you connect the red wire at the bike? Do you have a photo for me?

I hope you can help me, sorry for my bad englisch, i am from Austria 😉

Thanks a lot !!!
