Hi there! Just got my Urban Enduro back from the 1000 km inspection. While Riding it a Bit harder than the previous 1000 kms, i mentioned a light movement while breaking. When i got home, i stopped the Engine, pulled the Front brake and you could Really move the Handlebar back and forth a Little bit. I dont Mean the Four bolts with which the Bar is mounted, i Thought it's the two other bolts beneath. But They where also firmly tight, so is this much movement normal???

It´s normal. The clamps are mounted in rubber. Check that the nuts underneath the upper fork clamp are tight.

I had also noticed some play in the brake pads in the caliper (hold the front brake on - rock backward and forward and you'll notice a little bit of disk and wheel rotation).

I've also noticed this play in the handlebars. I'm going to have it checked during my first service.

I've noticed this too. Ever so slight but annoying when it happens (it's almost like a "click" with a very small movement, as if there was free play somewhere in the steering head). Keep me posted on what you guys find out.

Haven't noticed this at all. Shall check a bit more with the bike later today.

I thought this was some sort of a design feature and had ignored it.

Anyway later I switched to Renthal short bars and re-tightened the clamp bolts to 22NM in the sequence mentioned in the unofficial service manual. Haven't noticed that slight movement anymore. Will check again on my next ride.
