I thought I'd like them because they're skinny, but I think they're almost too skinny if it makes any sense. My favorite grips are the OEM Magura grips on my BMW. The grab on them is great and they're the right amount of skinny.

I have to agree; in over 25 years of riding bikes these are the first grips that I would ever call uncomfortable. The only reason I haven’t changed them yet is because I am waiting on the heated grips. That and the fact that my wife has noticed a substantial increase in parcels arriving at our home since I ordered the bike .

I've only had my bike a few days and I'm thinking you might be right, I do a lot of motocross and I think they are almost identical to the ones I use which to be honest shouldn't be on a road bike as its not the same style of riding.

I have the Urban Enduro and does anyone know if they are the same across all the models?

The front part of the grips on the FT make no sense at all, so uncomfortable. Just make normal grips Ducati:(

I also don't like the grips, and have small hands which are also arthritic! I was thinking about the grip puppies but read that they aren't suitable for people with small hands :(.

Why don't the Biltwell grips work? I quite liked the look of them ..

I like the BMW Magura grips because they grab well so you don't have to have such a tight grip (strength) to maintain a solid grip on the throttle. I'm already used to the Scrambler grips. I wear moto cross gloves if it's warm out, so it's a winning combo for me, but the Magura grips from vintage 70s BMWs are more grabby.
