Hello everyone, I got my red icon last week and planning to get it painted gloss black soon.
I did some photoshopping to see how it might look when its done. Just wanted to share them to get your opinion. I am trying to decide on one but its kind of tricky

Hi, I 'm getting the classic and also painting it black. Not gloss and not matte but a happy satin somewhere in the middle. The gloss black with the brown seat is my favorite keeping the panels silver, which match the silver fenders on the classic. So, I'd say #1 is very eye-fetching!Someday I want to learn how to do that on the computer! Nice job!

I feel like I am going for matte black side panels, also going to get the classic seat. I can change the seat whenever I want so both first and fourth will be available Maybe I'll also get the front silver fender later.

I changed the classic versions tank with the full throttle tank. This might be close to what you're looking for. Maybe a bit too matte but I tried to make it look a bit less matte.

HI. Hey, THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting that up! I mean it, I really appreciate it. It looks great like that. It actually looks satin to me. I researched today and found that you do not have to wax the satin paint either. Which I actually enjoyed waxing previous bikes (speed triple and T!100 bonnnie) I recently had a triumph tiger 800 xc that was full matte green that i just used Honda spray cleaner on. Worked like a charm!

Careful going Matte, you will never be able to hide anything with Matte. Matte accentuates every flaw that may appear. It's almost impossible to remove scratches, etc. I would go with at least an eggshell finish.

Thanks for the photoshops, it definitely reinforces my decision to go with gloss black like you are. Unfortunately it will be a month or two before I get my scrambler, so keep us up-to-date on your progress if you don't mind. Thanks
