On signal lights; Givi did send a bracket to mount blinkers to license plate arm on a stock Icon 800. I had a tailtidy and left in stock location. Not too bad, just barely cleared. A little dangerous from a slight angle, but very visible straight back.

I will send the license plate blinker relocation bracket with the kit. No wiring was included though, FYI there.
