I just got new new lift. I chosen this one because of small space it requeires when unused. I needs really small amout of force to pull bike up.

Pretty much all such lifts can do the job well enough. I have an Oxford one that has hooks and works well with R&G paddock stands. Holds the bike nice and secure. Best getting one that allows you to adjust and lock the hook bar in a permanent position

Buy the semi-cone adapters, because the twin rolls don't work due to front brake on left side only

They are giving 2 types of adapters in package - Normal rubber unders and V ones with additional screews.

the V I suppose you mean on the rear... you will need the bobbins to be fitted inside rear wheel axe, the normal rubber doesn't work well because they slip away
