Hey guys,

Selling our ZDM (Italian Made) Scrambler Icon. Completely stock...was a media bike and we used it to R&D proper brake line lengths and rotor carrier offset sizes.

If you're in Southern California, or willing to pay for shipping, this bike is for sale.

Price: $9950 (Comes with Extended Warranty, all original manuals, and tool kit.)

This is a very fair price considering its one of a very small number of Italian Only Made bikes and it comes with the Extended Warranty. A new Icon with Tax, Reg, and Ext. War. would be over $10,000 and that's for a Thai made bike. The bike does have just over 1000 mi and had its first Ducati service before we took delivery so its ready to go.

We'll also be willing to install Galfer USA Stainless Steel brake lines for free. You can even pick the hose and fitting color.

If you're interested, please email us at marketing@galferusa.com

Not that the Thai bikes are poorly built, I would think that an Italian bike made in Italy would have some added value over one that isn't, especially seeing as how there were a very limited run of these bikes made for the press launch.

If you're a collector, down the road these will hold more value than the mass produced bikes made outside of Italy.

For example...would you buy a Ferrari made in any other country than Italy?...Perhaps if it were a good deal and a great car but the Ferrari made in Italy holds more value...hence the country of origin.

Besides, this bike is still cheaper than a new bike here in the states with taxes, registration, and an extended warranty.

This is a chance to own something unique and different than the rest.

Fair enough...

Please consider...

-There were not "1000's" mass produced for the press launch (Here in the US at least). To my knowledge less than 500.
-Was suggesting it might be valuable to a collector...as pointed out...the market will determine.
-Marketing blabla perhaps but this is still around $1000 cheaper (10%) than you could get from a dealer in the US as a result of the Ext. Warranty. (Transferable)
-Finally, we don't need it anymore as we have to make room for additional models set for R&D. If we kept every bike we like, we'd need another warehouse :)

I'll repost in the classified...sorry for the inconvenience and the insight.
