Is there any regulations on how much tint you can put on those? I'm sure visibility is a concern that regulations must address.

There shouldn't be and if there is, cops aren't too strict when it comes to motorcycles. Once the lights are on, you can't even notice that it is smoked. It just looks like there is dark amber on it. That is all.

Where did you get the smoked lens covers?
