Can the FT handlebar be adjusted to the same height as the other models? thnx!

Nope. It's got less of a bend in it (but you still sit very upright). Even in its highest position, it would still not be as high/far back as the other bars.

I would think the only option are riser blocks under clamps.

You could probably trade your FT bars with someone who wants to go the other way and put them on an Icon or Classic - which is a popular mod?

Thanks everybody. I took the Icon for a test drive and loved it. Put a deposit for a classic but to my surprise, daughter and wife like the FT better. I like the FT very much, especially the muffler. So I am conflicted between nostalgia and modern. Dealer has a classic on the showroom floor but not an FT. This is VERY tough.

I prefer the lower slightly forwards seating position of the FT bars.

just remember you will need the clamps too if changing to stock icon/classic/urban endure bars due to the FT bar being tapered

I bought it at my dealer. They are giving a 15% discount on parts it was a no brainer. You can try ebay seen some on there

So, are the ends of the FT handlebars 7/8? I wanted to put some bar end mirrors on them that fit 7/8..

Bought an Icon with classic wheel and FT bar. Will put a set of agressive Offroad tires on the icon wheels, so i'll switch depending on what i do. Got Icon and classic seat too. Will chop/modify the icon seat and paint the Yellow in black, silver or dark grey. Still wondering what to do!
