I don't think anyone makes gaiters for upside down forks. Probably because the forks need to suck up the whole exposed tube and a gaiter wouldn't allow for that to happen (like a rubber bump stop.)

awwww! ****! would have looked sick with a set of thick gaiters

Might need to think about some sort of skins, though. USD forks put the tubes right down with flying gravel and such thrown at you by oncoming traffic, and factory guards don't protect very well. I've had good luck with Shock Sox, but there's all kinds on the market.
