Unlike most bikes, I don't find the stock turn signals on the Scrambler to be ugly at all.
However, I do not like the width of the spacing on the front signals, as dictated by USA regulations - they just stick out too far.
Luckily, Ducati has used a couple of spacers on the U.S. models, which are super easy to remove. Doing so will shorten the distance between the two by almost three inches, resulting in a much nicer look, IMO..
This is a super-easy mod, requiring just a hex key, 10mm wrench, some M6 x 20 bolts and 3 minutes of your time.
Here is the stock setup with the spacer installed, just remove the single bolt and nylon jam nut holding it in place.
The spacer used has a notch at the bottom, so no disconnection or cutting of wires is necessary.
Reassemble everything (sans spacer) using a M6 x 20 bolt and the existing nylock nut. Repeat on the other side.
I really think this cleans up the look of the form end pretty well. Like I said, it moves the signals in almost 1 1/2" in on either side.
Couldn't be easier.
