I picked my Yellow Icon this morning. :D Aside from the dealers demo model,
it is the first customer bike in the country. I hadn't even gone 2 kms when the guy in a car next to me wound down his window and yelled "hey awesome scrambler, first one I've seen".
That set the scene for the rest of the day, lots of great comments and double takes from passing motorists.
I took out to Ardmore Airport to introduce it to some other "toys".
120 kms on it so far, and having great fun.

I really like the picture of the Scrambler in front of the airplane. The propeller and the bike look awesome. I take it you go out flying as well? Sounds like fun.

Congratulations on receiving the bike and welcome to the forum.

Do you have all good things to say, or have you noticed any downsides?

It is indeed a Spitfire in the photo, it is a Mark 14 that has just returned to the air after a 19 year rebuild. The other plane is a Pitts Special S1-SS that I am building.
I haven't had a bike for over 25 years, so I am taking it slowly. But so far it is great fun, the bike has plenty of power for me, it is a bit twitchy in the bottom gears, but getting used to that. Quite few false neutrals, mainly because I am maybe a bit gentle at changing gears some times, not much of a problem though.
Not planning many changes at this stage, might get rid of the big number plate holder, and a belly pan (on order). This bike may well be my Wife's, if she can ride it, and I will get an Urban Enduro.

But so far so good, loving the bike :D
