GOLD, I have gold for you boys. Check it out, looks like the Scrambler was spotted in its natural habitat heavily camouflaged to throw of predators and the ducatisti...
We can be pretty sure this is the scrambler going off its classic design with modern Ducati cues tossed in. The engine looks like Ducati's 803cc air-cooled V-Twin lifted straight from the Monster 796, it puts out 87 hp/58 lb-ft of torque. Not bad, enough to have fun.
Loving the 70's style tank, its clearly been smoothed and elongated to hark back to the glory days of scrambling. But not the whole bike is retro, note the upside down forks and radially mounted Brembos, although those are all holding a SPOKED front wheel, thats right spoked. A side mounted shock is screwed directly to the banana swing out back, minus linkage, very Aprilia Shiver.
As for the headlight I'm pretty positive thats been borrowed fron one of Bologna's parts bin, I'm expecting something a little more classic when production rolls around. Oh and dont forget to check out that big flat banana seat. Classic Scrambler indeed, just missing the rear fender..
