This is how the Ducabike Gas Cap looks like on the FT. Finally got it after Italy had their long vacation. Not bad, not bad at all. It comes with a carbon fiber key too!
Very nice. For some reason the stock gas cap on my FT requires a very hard push for it to click back in place. If it annoys me enough I might opt for this one.
4 screws. Thats it. Extremely easy. You unscrew the 6 screws on a plastic cap from the original then you put it on the ducabike gas cap with the rubber seal that was also in the original. Align the four screws and tighten on the tank. Take turns turning the screw slightly on all 4 equally until it tightens. Thats it. No instruction was in the packaging but its not rocket science. I should've taken pics of it but like I said, its extremely easy.
I bought it at Beverly Hills Ducati in California when I bought the Bike. It came in after 6 weeks. It was backordered for a while. ebay has it. Its the same model no. For the Panigale. Model no. TSB04DD. Bought it for $186.
