These are pretty low quality, but you get an idea of the low rumble.

I can tell you, it's not deleted....

IT's still there, where I first put it.

Try clearing out the cache and trying again?

I would really like some feedback...

MODS, is there any way to host it on here?

Yeah, I had to actually download each one and then I could watch them on my computer. This may not be the best quality in the world, but I used Windows Movie Maker (I'm stuck at work) to combine all three into one video, which you can see on youtube:

Thats awesome!

Thanks a bunch!!

So what exactly did you do?
He had someone mandrel bend a couple of pipe pieces and used a generic Two Brothers muffler.

I'll probably see if I can find anyone locally to do the same sort of thing with a piece of exhaust pipe and that way I can choose whatever muffler I want. I have a few vintage options laying around the garage that might be fun to try out. All it would require is a piece of custom bent pipe with a 1.5" OD.

Its actually qute a bit more involved than that.

All mufflers are generic until fitted to a specific bike.

It involved going through hundreds of different options, then making the pieces necessary to mount to the bike.
Then testing, then fine tuning, re fitting, etc. etc.

Making the pieces from scratch is going to cost hundreds of dollars.
The muffler that I chose is almost 600 dollars by itself.

So now, that I have everything worked out, Id like to see if there is some interest out there for me to have a small run made?

Its a great sounding exhaust and it looks fantastic.

Depending on how many people would be interested, I could see how good of a deal we can get from the fabricator.

If nobody's interested, then thats fine too, Ill have a one off, custom exhaust :D

How come in the end you ended up with two separate pieces of exhaust pipe? That was the only part I didn't understand.

Also, what led you to the Two Brothers muffler over any of the others?

I think it sounds pretty good. I'm more into the longer, hydroformed looking mufflers than the tiny tin can style ones.

Good question!

I had a friend with an 848 that had these and I remebered how good it sounded.
It was a lot lower sound than some of the other ones.
Plus, I like how the logo matches the Icon.
It is also a light weight carbon race muffler.

I neded two pieces because it is a compound bend.
It can be done with a single, but looks better with a compound bend.

Lastly, it had to do with the mounting face.

Is anyone here from NorCal or Pac NW?

I would love to meet up with some f you and go for a ride.
